I’ve been using PD for 3 years now. My first experience with PD was on boarding the service to a hedge fund where I was managing the level 1 support desk. In my current role at Priceline while my title is SRE my responsibilities focus mainly on Incident Response analytics and managing our postmortem process. Was fortunate to attend Summit in 2019. I love working with the product teams and the nimbleness with which our needs are addressed with product changes.
